The Masher Plans for the "FAMILY" video and all Keep Sake projects;

1. Our "BASIC" plan, is nothing more then transfering the VHS tapes & photos to DVD w/out any extra editing. This cost is $25.00 for the 1st FOUR and $5.00 for each additional tape. The photos are $0.75 per photo to be scanned, edited and trasnfered.(If there is under 20mins of tape, then the cost is less and still based upon how many there are of that length.)
2. Our "DELUXE" plan, is transfers plus some editing and allows for an introduction of music. This cost is the same rate for the transfer then $150.00 for some editing, a few basic transitions, a simple soundtrack and postproduction work. This will also include art work on the DVD as well as the Insert for the DVD case. This package also gives you THREE master DVDs. (For each DVD that is ordered beyond the THREE DVD limit, it will cost $10.00 more for each.)
3. Our "PREMIUM" plan. This again will cost the same rate for the transfers. The cost for this plan is $500.00. You will get TEN master DVDs, a full collection of any and all transfer DVDs, full art work on the masters, a custom song list, and a full arrangement of transitions in the video.

The break down;

• The 1ST consultation & strategy meeting is $100.00
• If you have the filming already done and want us to go through and edit it into what you want. The cost is $35.00 per hr, $1.00 per photo or power point slide if needed for the video project. (Masher's media will jump in head first and work with your company to achieve that specific goal.)
• Each project has its own time needed to accomplish the job requested, so any further pricing will be on a individual bases.
• We can also do "ON LOCATION" filming for you. The cost starts at $55.00 per hr & may increase if its a holiday or after 7pm and through the evening hrs.

All projects must have a signed agreement & half of the total cost must be paid up front.

1. Can you make me a video that will only be about 6 Min's. long and covers the, racers, the small business vendors, the crowd, and have it show the organization and cleanliness of the event before / during/ and after? YES! That will cost $650.00 and up. Masher's Media will give you an event "HIGHLIGHT" video for the Internet that can be used on your web site, "2" DVD masters with full art work. (Any orders for more DVDs will cost $10.00 per DVD.)
2. I want a DVD to send out and try and gain future sponsorship for my event. OK, Masher's Media will need you to provide any text that you want added, and if there is traveling distance involved to get to your event, then you will have to provide me and my team with up to 2 hotel rooms, and pay up to $1000.oo up front. (That price will depend on how much staff needed for the event.)The other cost involved is for the editing and production side of things. That cost starts @ $650.00 and increases depending on the job and whats all involved. "IF" your event is local then its $650.00 plus $100.00 per each staff member needed to accomplish your request.
3. Can you cover my point series and make a highlight DVD that I can give to all of my top 5 finishers? Can we work out a deal on the cost so it doesn't break me? YES! Um, sorta. Masher's Media can film any series as long as enough notice is given, and there is not over 10 races to your series(or we wont be able to get to every event). There is an up front cost of $300.oo for each event. Masher's Media will make an event "HIGHLIGHT" DVD and give you up to "3" for free! Every additional DVD will cost you $15.oo a piece. Your cost for our editing and production is $650.oo at the end of the project. Masher's Media will try and sell DVDs for up to $30.oo per DVD. All DVDs will have full art work and description of the event on the back of the case. You will also get a event video for the Internet & your web site.
4. Can you make me an "EVENT" DVD? What will it contain? YES! We pride our ability to make a EVENT video that has all of the action, feel, and drama, that your event can offer. The DVD will be based on a 45min. length but may go up to 1hr, at least 2 - slide shows and often over 600 photos, some interviews with both fans and racers, and lots of action from as many twisted angles as we can pull off.

All of these projects will give you the following as our standard;

• A Internet video teaser from each one of your events covered, this video can be used on your web site or BLOG.
• Art work that is our best efforts on the cover, disc, and in the menu page, with full descriptions of the video on the back of the cover as well.
• Our best efforts to stay in contact with you in hopes of achieving your goals.
• All of our music is licensed music that we have expressed & written consent to use. Most of the bands are MI based talent and all are upcoming giants!
• All photos taken from your events by our staff, are high quality and professionally edited for use in our videos.

Masher's Media is looking to help that semi pro athlete find a sponsor or two. We are also looking to help the high school athlete find his or her home with a college team. The cost for this service will begin at $250.oo and increase, depending on how customized you want it to be.
